4. Before the event, what were your expectations?
    • Three (3) responded = I did not have any expectations
    • Unsure. However, I feel heart is into spirituality. But while women like touch and feel, men prefer hard violent action. Ms. Heart is beautiful and a joy.
    • I heard good things about Ms. Heart. I wanted to see her in action.
    • Learn new ways of playing.
    • To learn how to have a more spiritual experience in BDSM.
    • Just to witness a good event.
    • I wanted to experience a new way to practice SM, to learn a bit more about the connection between the top and the bottom.
    • I am interested in altered states of consciousness as well as flogging. No real expectations • Exactly what we got – Thank you!

    • I loved the intimate lighting and set design. The colorful low lighting was wonderful. It really put us all is a quiet mood so that we could focus on the important elements.

Thank you so much to the SF Citadel for providing such a wonderful space for all of us to enjoy and experience.

It really made things run smoothly.  Also, thank you to my wonderful Demo Model, Scene Assistant and Class Assistant for putting time into helping and being there for me.  Without you this would not be possible.

Thanks so much to the audience attendees for holding the space, being present and really honoring our scene journey.   It was such a delight, and your questions really really thought provoking!  Well done you all.

Note on taking care of yourself as an audience member:
With all things not everyone will know how to take personal responsibility and take care o f themselves in the moment.  It is important to alert the establishment mangers at least one week ahead of time if you are Disabled so they can figure out how to get find a volunteer to either help with "American Sign Language" interpretation for you or some other suitable solution if you hard of hearing or have another disability.  Also, if you are unable to see or hear and you are in a bad seat, please feel free and get up and move to a spot that you can hear and see from.

The lesson for all of us: Please take care of your needs and ask for help. Please, Don't wait till the "end" of event voice your many complaints to the presenter first off.  How about a thank you for the presentation...I appreciate your time etc....???   There are interpretors (ASL) volunteers in our Leather Community that show up at various events and help in this manner.

Also, someone asked about coffee and food for the break.  The SF Citadel has a vending machine for purchasing of snacks.  So that was available near the back dining table area. They provided water in the water dispenser.
